Weekly or Monthly Reports

Once you provide us with the information to set-up your payroll, all you need to do is keep CL Bookkeeping Services informed of any changes such as holidays, overtime or sickness.

From this information we will provide you with the appropriate payslips for you employees.

Depending on the size of your payroll, you may have to pay HMRC tax and national insurance either monthly or quarterly. As part of our service we will make sure you have this information in an easy-to-understand report

Direct Payments and Simplified Payroll Schemes

If you employ a personal assistant or other domestic employee, we are happy to operate a simplified payroll scheme on your behalf. During an initial visit we are more than happy to explain how the scheme affects you as an employer, as well as to continuously provide you all the information you need to ensure you comply with HMRC rules.

Annual Requirements

As well as providing P60’s for your employees, we will also submit your yearly payroll summaries to HMRC online. If you are happy to appoint us as an agent, we can even deal with correspondence from HMRC on your behalf.
